The Islamic Republic of Iran has exported 1 million tonnes of fertilized chicken eggs from South Azerbaijan Province to the various countries.
During the last 5 months, Iran has exported 1.140 million tonnes of eggs to Turkey, Qatar, Hong Kong, Iraq, Azerbaijan, Nakhchivan, Saudi Arabia, Germany and Malaysia, Director General of South Azerbaijan Veterenary Organization told.
Along with the eggs, some 48.260 tonnes of honey, 1.244 thousand heads of live sheep, 200 thousand minnow have been exported to the above mentioned countries, he added.
